Whether we start the conversation at early design stages or we get the pleasure to be involved at the operational level and extensive planning; the more we break down your requirements and vision into detailed engineering concepts, the easier we can execute without any change-order during the process. That's how we meet our clients' budget every single time.

Unlike many other contractors, we not only allow our clients to be creative with what they want but we also encourage them to go above and beyond imagination to consider ultimate utilization of their future space. During the design phase, our job is to help our clients visualize the future space. Within this process, we identify a daily routine for the business client flow and staff of operation throughout your space.

Digital Modeling:

Depending on the scale of your project you may decide to benefit from our 3D modeling services. Our designers will create a full 3D model of your space to detail the level of illuminations and Furniture layouts within the space or virtual reality equipment will allow you to see the space in 3D for yourself using VR glasses.

This will not only help you bring a storm and come up with new requirements before the clock is ticking but also allows you to get a better understanding of the construction process and why things will be built the way they are designed.

Permits and Approval:

Once we have your final approval on the details of the design list of material and Budgets, we will move forward with construction permits and other required permits from the city depending on your zoning. This step could sometimes take a little bit longer than anticipated, that is why people would like to start earlier rather than later; especially for time sensitive projects.

But don't worry we will still be able to make some minor adjustments during the execution phase as long as they are not structural changes.

Initial Kickoff:

On this special day your project manager, site supervisor, all the sub trades, interior designer and anybody from your team would be present at an on-site meeting. During this meeting we will introduce everyone and make sure communication channels are perfectly identified for everybody.

Part of the reason why we allow our sub trees to meet interior designers or the project owner is to get a good understanding of overall requirements and the final touches expected on the finishing of the project. Of course eachTeam will get their very own execution plan to move forward with.

Construction Phase:

Once the construction starts, we often move forward with a reasonable speed to make sure we maintain budget while quality is not being sacrificed. By this time you and your project manager from ToroCons have become very good friends and have your communication channels. based on the timelines and prior agreements you will receive weekly or monthly reports of the project.

If changes or need to be made to the executed plans, your dedicated contact person will take your inputs and submit the change order Within our system. It is our job to inform you of potential additional costs associated with change orders before you proceed with them. Now you know why we insist so much on having every detail laid out in the planning please.

Site meeting:

Some clients like to be involved in the project and some rather rely on their trust tutorial Khan and delegate all the tasks to us. Regardless, we will have routine site meetings, in which the client is more than welcome to join and express their vision. These meetings are important to happen to avoid miscommunications and better understanding of real situations.

Compensation:

It's no secret to say that we are providing values and saving money for our clients in form of a compensated business. We respect our time, clients time and their team members. Our automated invoicing systems will minimize the amount of time clients need to spend to review our interim compensation.
